We started Southwest Equity Partners in 2006 with a simple premise - as property owners, we knew what other property owners wanted in a management company.  After interviewing several different firms for our own assets, we found that none of them had the exact right mix of asset knowledge, leasing skills, hands-on & in-house maintenance services or financial controls.

What started with 6 properties & 200 units 20 years ago has blossomed into a full-fledged management company, now with more than 85+ employees, 2,300 apartments under management and 125 communities throughout San Diego.

Our team at Southwest Equity Partners is proud to service all of San Diego County, including San Diego, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Jolla, Chula Vista, La Mesa, Poway, Vista, Imperial Beach and San Marcos, as well as numerous neighborhoods in the City Of San Diego, including Bankers Hill, Barrio Logan, Bonsall, City Heights, East Village, The Gaslamp, Hillcrest, Linda Vista, Lemon Grove, Little Italy, Mission Hills, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, North Park, University Heights and many more.
