Our Services

Southwest Association Management is the association & commercial division of Southwest Equity Partners.


We started managing Homeowner's Associations over 10 years ago as a favor to a multifamily client - and the rest is history. We currently oversee more than 25 communities throughout San Diego in various locations, building types and association profiles.


Our team at SWA comes armed with decades of association and commercial experience across all property types - including Condominiums, Single-Family Homes, Planned Unit Developments, Master-Planned Associations and all commercial property types - retail, office, industrial and mixed-use.

  • RESIDENT RELATIONS

    We provide high-touchpoint service to all homeowners and Board members, including the ability to pay dues & assessments online, field maintenance inquiries, assist with new homeowner information and

  • FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

     Our team provides monthly financial reports to all of our Board Members, and we provide real-time access to our Management Platform so that you can review up-to-the-minute information about your community. 


    With our accounting and bookkeeping services, you can rest easy, knowing you'll get paid on time, your books are up-to-date, and your tax forms are accurate.

  • FACILITY MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS

    Your property is a significant investment. We prioritize it's longevity - we'll make sure maintenance requests are seen to immediately and will do regular inspections.


    We have an in-house maintenance and facilities team that can handle every aspect of your property's needs.

  • LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

    We adhere to all California laws and regulations for community operations. Our team is also well-versed in Association legal matters and can assist with lien placement, payment negotiations and other legal aspects of Community Management. 

  • VENDOR OVERSIGHT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

    We provide oversight of all community vendors for all aspects of their duties. We are also well-versed in construction and capital improvement project oversight, from minor aesthetic improvements to multi-million-dollar renovations and enhancements. 

  • ESCROW SERVICES

    SWA will oversee all tasks associated with escrow management and transition of homeowners in the community, including working with lenders to facilitate document transitions.
